Service Description

Most projects involve multiple disciplines, trades, and moving parts, and therefore need smooth logistics and consistent oversight. Often the owner/client cannot or would rather not perform the necessary managerial duties. Whether in conjunction with, or independent of, our design/build services, Ethan will consider projects needing a landscape and/or construction manager who is reliable, focuses on efficiency, and works well with others. Fees will be discussed per project. Generally, we'll look at either a percentage-based fee on the entire estimated job budget or charge a reasonable hourly based cost.
